Order Tracking

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. KIMU is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

KIMU is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
